Why Car Bid Club
Selling a car should not be a negotiation.
Most people sell a car every few years, against buyers who do it every day. Car Bid Club closes that gap: one inspection, many competing buyers, and somebody running the process on your side of the table.
What we are
Car Bid Club is a vehicle-selling service that coordinates inspection, dealership bidding, and closing on a consumer's behalf.
Car Bid Club is not a dealership and does not purchase vehicles. We do not take your car in on trade, hold it on a lot, or resell it ourselves. We represent you in a process where the other side normally has all the practice.
We operate in New Jersey and Florida today. Each new state means new inspection capacity and new dealership relationships, so we expand deliberately rather than claiming national coverage we cannot deliver.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee a sale price, or that a sale will happen at all. The $300 fee does not guarantee a particular offer, sale price, or sale.
- We do not pressure you to accept. Declining takes a few clicks and needs no explanation.
- We do not share your name, contact details, or documents with dealerships while bidding is open.
- We do not publish testimonials, ratings, or review counts we cannot verify.
How we operate
The principles we hold ourselves to.
We are only paid if you sell
Our fee is a flat $300, charged once, and only when a sale completes — it comes out of your proceeds. We take no commission on your sale price and no payment from the buying dealership, so we have no reason to steer you toward one buyer over another, and no way to make money unless you accept an offer.
You see the number that matters
We lead with what you would actually receive after your loan payoff, our fee and any deductions, not the headline bid. The gross figure is easy to quote and easy to misread.
No pressure tactics
No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no notifications about other people selling cars. When your offer is ready, we tell you what it is and how long it is valid, and you decide.
One trusted inspection
Every sale starts with a UVeye inspection. One consistent condition report replaces a round of separate appraisals, each with its own opinion of your car.
We only claim what we can support
You will not find an average-increase figure or a dealership count on this site. Those numbers need substantiating, and until they are, we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot stand behind.
Why it works
Why this process can produce a stronger result.
Nothing here is a promise about your particular car. These are the reasons a competitive, standardised process tends to work in a seller's favour.
A larger pool of buyers sees your car
Instead of one appraisal at one store, your vehicle is presented to hundreds of dealerships at the same time. A wider pool of potential buyers can create more competition for your specific vehicle.
Every dealership sees the same standardised information
Buyers receive one consistent listing package. That makes their bids directly comparable and removes the guesswork that comes from each store inspecting a car its own way.
Inspection data reduces uncertainty
A UVeye condition report documents the vehicle's actual condition, including areas that are hard to assess quickly. Buyers who are less uncertain about condition have less reason to discount their bid to protect themselves.
You never negotiate
You do not call dealerships, respond to offers, or negotiate separately with multiple buyers. We run that process and bring you the result.
You keep the right to walk away
Because you are not committed to selling, there is no pressure to accept a number you are not happy with. Declining costs you nothing at all — we are only paid if a sale completes.
We are only paid if you sell
The $300 fee comes out of your sale proceeds and nowhere else. If we cannot find you an offer worth accepting, we earn nothing, which is a fairly direct incentive to find you one.
How the options compare
Four ways to sell your car.
Each approach works differently. This is a factual comparison of what each one asks of you, not a claim that any particular option produces more money.

Full transparency
The $300 service fee is charged only if your car sells, and it comes out of your sale proceeds. There is nothing to pay to get started.
Vehicle transportation is arranged between the seller and the purchasing dealership. Car Bid Club coordinates scheduling but transportation costs are not included in the service fee unless the offer states otherwise.
Seller payment is typically initiated within 3 business days after the vehicle is collected and the required documents are complete. The $300 service fee and any outstanding vehicle loan are paid out of the sale proceeds before the remainder is released to you.
